About the Event
Summer Switch-Up: Let's Explore the City Together!
This summer, we're trading in our usual Not So Blue Monday and Speakers Corner sessions for something a little different — a chance to get outside, stretch our legs, and discover some hidden gems around Toronto as a group.
Each outing includes a scenic walk. Come dressed for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, bring water and sun protection.
All outings are run in partnership with CHIRS through their program called: City Hops.
July 6: Hunt for Toronto's Largest Tree at Sunnybrook Park & Edwards Gardens
Kick off the summer with a little adventure — we'll head out to Sunnybrook Park on a mission to track down one of Toronto's largest trees, then continue on to the calm, colourful paths of Edwards Gardens (30 min walk from Sunnybrook Park to Edwards Gardens)
