Inside the Song - HYBRID

Each week, several participants will choose a song to share with the group, taking on the role of expert as they introduce us to the music they love. This isn't just about listening to great songs - it's about getting curious, asking questions, and discovering what makes them work.

We'll explore instrumentation, lyrics, song structure, musical influences, connections to other artists, and historical significance. Along the way, we might discover the story behind a famous riff, uncover a hidden meaning in a lyric, trace where a particular sound came from, or find a surprising connection between two songs.

And because everyone has an opinion about music, we'll have some fun rating the songs we explore as a group. There's no musical test and no need to know all the answers. Just bring your curiosity, your opinions, your memories-and maybe a song you think the rest of us should hear.
