This Month's Topic:
Rediscovering Possibility Through Adaptive Sport After Brain Injury
Guest Speaker:
Alyssa Woronecki is a Physiotherapy Assistant working in neurological rehabilitation at Neurocore.
She has a strong passion for helping individuals rediscover movement and confidence after injury, with a special interest in adaptive sport and community reintegration. Alyssa actively connects clients with local adaptive sport programs and helps organize trial opportunities so individuals can safely explore new activities post-injury. She believes recovery should include not only therapy, but meaningful experiences that rebuild identity, joy, and possibility.
