This Month's Topic:
March of Dimes - Employment Services
About the Guest Speaker:
Geraldine Cifuentes
I began my career in customer service and retail, which helped me build strong people and communication skills. I later joined March of Dimes Canada as an Employment Resource Worker, supporting clients with job searches, mock interviews, and job coaching. I was then promoted to Employment and Placement Specialist, a role I’ve held for the past four years. In this role, I support clients through every step of their employment journey, from pre-employment preparation to on-the-job support, while working closely with employers to create meaningful employment opportunities.
