Artist Description:
This series of 4 individual paintings, explores the role of nature as a teacher in empowering one to regain their agency and rebuild their life after a brain injury. For me, it is about honouring our resilience and beauty, and that joy is always within us. We are wildflowers, we are weeds. The 4 paintings can be arranged in multiple ways to illustrate that joy is abundant.
