Artist Description

Making something out of a brain featuring beautiful flowers.


Image Descriptions (top to bottom, left to right)

1) A painted ceramic butterfly. The left wing is grey, the right wing is green. The head, thorax and abdomen of the butterfly are blue.

2) A painted ceramic red brain, on a green ceramic plate. In front of the brain, carved onto the plate, are the words: "THE BRAIN."

3) A stained-glass flower petal. The pistil is orange and the surrounding petals are various shades of blue and aqua.

4) A ceramic heart with a pattern carved on it. The left side is painted blue and the right side is painted beige.

5) A stained-glass brain. The different parts of the brain are coloured blue, yellow, green and grey.

6) A stained-glass brain. It has a large brain stem is coloured light blue. The front and back parts of the brain are a textured and green coloured. The middle parts are dark being and pink.
