ODYSSEY: A Long Adventurous Journey  / Experience

​

LIFE: A process of exploration, growth and discovery filled with both challenges and opportunities.

​

GIRL / ANGEL: Is the warrior version of myself that I have grown into the armor I built to defend myself from the struggles and the fight instilled in me from the age of six to beat the cancer and prevent my Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) from holding me back. The wings are my desire to 'spread my wings', experience new things and rise above the hurdles of life. The crown represents that I am the ruler of myself and that no person, illness or disability can control me.

DRAGON: Is my desire for adventure and need to protect those around me. The fire represents the pain from the cancer treatments (radiation / chemotherapy) and the burning from the healing I experienced. The dragon's tail is designed like a paintbrush to represent me redesigning my body and Mind after all the damage.​

CANVAS: Represents my brain and the war zone it was originally but was redesigned into a new beginning while healing.

​

TANKS: Represent the army of family and friends I've had through out these experiences, as well as the driving force that bolstered me in hard times. The signs they carry are tools and resources I used to adapt and heal as well as a distract me in the darker moments.

THE SWAN BIRD: A symbol of wisdom, awakening of self, balance, inner beauty, self esteem, developing intuitive abilities. It's the beginning of my journey where I was thrown into the shock of having to grow up too fast and having to learn to balance my new life while developing into the new me. 

​

OWL: A symbol of knowledge and wisdom, and the current state I am in. This is where I use my knowledge, wisdom and experience to teach others and aid them through their journeys. 

​

CHARACTERS AT THE END: Are the bullies, standards and hurdles in life that I have conquered and continue to over pass through out life.
