The BIST 5K Run, Walk & Roll 2013 is less than a month away!

The price goes up after September 1st, 2013   Race Date: Saturday September 21st, 2013 Location: Sunnybrook Park (entrance off Leslie, north of Eglinton Ave East) Race Time:  10:45 am (Family warm-up at 9:45 am and Kids Run at 10:00 am)

**PLEASE NOTE: Registration for the event is a two-step process**Step 1:  Register as a participant at www.runningroom.com – Early Bird registration closes on August 31st! Step 2:  Register on www.bistrun.ca an individual, start a team or join a team and begin fundraising.
