The BIST 5k Run, Walk & Roll is less than two months away!  Have you reserved your spot?

Join us for a fun, friendly, chipped-timed run, walk & roll through beautiful Sunnybrook Park.   Date: Saturday September 21st, 2013 Location: Sunnybrook Park (entrance off Leslie, north of Eglinton Ave East) Race Time:  10:45 am (Family warm-up at 9:45 am and Kids Run at 10:00 am)

**PLEASE NOTE: Registration for the event is a two-step process**Step 1:  Register as a participant at www.runningroom.com – Early Bird registration closes on August 31st!

Step 2:  Register on www.bistrun.ca an individual, start a team or join a team and begin fundraising.

Get your kids to lace up their shoes and get out on the course.  We have added a 1K Kids Run for ages 5- 10 years.  Registration includes: T-shirt, goody bag and finisher’s medal.
