BIST Annual General Meeting

Monday June 24th, 2013

Location: Northern District Library – 40 Orchard View Blvd – Room 200 (2nd Floor) Time:   6:00 – 8:00pm

All members of BIST are invited to attend this very important meeting.  The meeting will include a report on the financial audit, an overview of changes to the By-Laws, the election of new BIST Board members, a review of the past year’s events and activities, an overview of plans for the upcoming year and an opportunity for members to mingle and enjoy refreshments.

The AGM will be held in the same location as the monthly community meetings, which is located just one block north of the Eglinton Subway station on the west side of Yonge St.  (Parking is available on the streets around the library).  To access the room at the library, take the elevator located in the entrance hallway on the right hand side.

Can’t make the meeting?  If you are unable to attend in person, we still need your vote!  Please fill out the BIST Annual General Meeting Voting by Proxyand give to another member to bring to the meeting to vote on your behalf.
