WEEK 2

Learning Strategies for Adjustment and Acceptance – addressing the topic of grief, acceptance and adjustment.

Speakers:

Dr. Bojana Budisin, Neuropsychologist

Dr. Bojana Budisin
Dr. Bojana Budisin is a Neuropsychologist.  She provides neuropsychological and psychological services to adults and seniors.  She obtained a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (Neuropsychology Stream) at the University of Windsor with extensive clinical experience in assessment and cognitive neurorehabilitation across medical consortia in North America.  She completed post-doctoral training in Clinical Neuropsychology at Toronto Rehabilitation Institute (TRI). Currently, she provides neuropsychological consultation at Lad & Associates as well as Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute of Ontario (NRIO).  Her current research interests involve remote delivery of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for amelioration of mood in individuals struggling with persisting symptoms of concussion.

 

Dr. Liesel-Ann Meusel, Neuropsychologist

Dr Liesel-Ann Meusel
Dr. Liesel-Ann Meusel is a registered psychologist in Ontario in the area of clinical neuropsychology, providing both assessment and treatment to individuals with acquired brain injuries. She works at Lad & Associates Psychology Practice in Toronto, and at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, where she is involved in the launch of an ABI TeleRehab Centre that aims to provide OHIP-funded psychological treatment to individuals across Ontario living with brain injury.
